Dr Krinos Trokoudes is a pioneer in reproductive medicine in Cyprus and Greece, known for his groundbreaking work in assisted reproduction and fertility treatment. He founded Pedieos IVF Center in 1986, which became the first center in Cyprus and Greece to achieve successful pregnancy through ICSI in 1992 at VUB Hospital, Brussels
Dr Trokoudes has successfully achieved IVF with egg donation for one of the oldest patients to conceive — a world record achievement recognized by the Guinness Book of Records.
He graduated from the Medical School of Athens University and trained in the USA and Canada. He worked for several years in Endocrinology and Reproductive Medicine at the University of Toronto, focusing on reproductive endocrinology and publishing research on hormone receptors in the testes, ovaries, thyroid, and adrenals.
Through his vision and expertise, Dr Trokoudes has helped position Pedieos IVF Center as one of Europe’s leading fertility clinics, trusted by patients from around the world.
