IVF Pregnancy Rates Using Own Eggs

On the right, you can see our IVF clinical pregnancies when using own eggs, compared to the latest published rates from SART (Society For Assisted Reproductive Technology) in the USA (2018).

The comparative 2022 success rates for age groups of 40+ are 33% for Pedieos IVF Center compared to 17% SART.

Egg Donation Pregnancy Rates

The graph demonstrates our pregnancy success rates over the years for Pedieos IVF, using fresh and frozen eggs. We are comparing our results to the latest pregnancy rates released by SART (Society For Assisted Reproductive Technology) in the USA (2018) which combines the reported results from all centers in the US performing IVF treatments with fresh and frozen donor eggs.

The HFEA latest results for 2017 show a 28% live birth rate in the UK. Clinical pregnancy rates from the HFEA were not available for direct comparison.

Pregnancy Rates Using Frozen Eggs from Aphrodite Egg Bank

Vitrified (frozen) eggs from Aphrodite Egg Bank show a very high performance with a clinical pregnancy rate of 78% on the first embryo transfer. This highly satisfactory success rate came out of a 3-year study with collaborating clinics in Israel and sperm donor bank CryoBank Israel.

When sperm from the donor bank CryoBank Israel was used, the clinical pregnancy rate on the FIRST embryo transfer was 78%.
When husband’s sperm was used, the pregnancy rate was 60%.

PGT (PGT-A, PGT-M and PGT-SR)

Our center’s pregnancy rate for patients using PGT is higher than the average pregnancy rate of IVF cases using own oocytes. The majority of cases used PGT-A to ensure the transfer of chromosomally healthy embryos, to decrease their risk of failed transfer or miscarriage. PGT-A is used in specific cases when indicated, and this can be discussed with your doctor if required.

IVF with use of Microfluidic Chamber

Microfluidic chamber use is indicated in cases of high DNA fragmentation Index in sperm or repeated IVF failures. Based on studies, using this sperm preparation method, there is a better outcome overall; in terms of the number of transferable embryos, their quality and pregnancy rate.
